About Zach
Since August of 2023, I have been blessed with the opportunity to serve as Hamlin’s Youth Pastor. I grew up in Springfield, but I attended Willard schools from elementary to high school. I graduated from College of the Ozarks with a degree in Christian Ministry and a minor in Psychology. I have also graduated from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters in Divinity. I met my wife Hannah at college and we got married in 2019 (I married up). My philosophy for ministry is focusing on “training and equipping”. I seek to train and equip volunteers that train and equip youth who will go out and train and equip others. The goal is to have a ministry that doesn’t depend on me. My "life verse” is 1 Corinthians 10:31, “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all for the glory of God.”
I enjoy playing pickleball, preferably indoors, and watching St. Louis Cardinals baseball (even in the bad years). A fun fact about me is that I broke my arm in the 6th grade, in history class. (Feel free to ask for the full story)
About Ann
My name is Ann Cox and I am the Children’s director here at Hamlin Baptist Church. From the time I was 16, I have been teaching Sunday School and Children’s Church. The Lord blessed me with the opportunity to teach full time for over 20 years. Now that I am retired, I get to continue my love for teaching children about the Lord through my work in the church.
When we aren’t working with the children of Hamlin, my husband Tony and I can be found spending time with our grandchildren. Our 3 children, blessed us with 7 grandchildren who keep us busy! My entire adult life has centered around my childhood dream of teaching children. Even after all these years, I still love it!
About Missy
My name is Missy Kaiser. I am the assistant children’s director here at Hamlin Baptist Church. I am passionate about helping children know and love Jesus! In addition to working at the church I am a principal at one of the Christian schools here in town where I am blessed with more opportunities to share Jesus!
I am married to my highschool sweetheart and we have 3 wonderful kiddos. Our family enjoys camping, spending time outdoors, and playing games! When I get a free minute I enjoy reading, scrapbooking and shopping!
